Confused as to why I can't read a topic..

In the Getting Started section of the forum there the Guides#1-4 and the first two I have no issues reading for #3 and #4 I can't view the links as I'm greeted by this message, "Sorry, but only users granted special access can read topics in this forum."
Confused as to why I can't get past that as it says the only requirement is being registered. What do I need before I can view those posts?

The fourth one is definitely for VIP only. It is probably there to persuade people to purchase vip.
As for the third one it says I need to be registered. Which is pretty odd.

Guide #3 is for Tier 2 (100 posts), and Guide 4 is for VIP only.
