Why can't I access my survey guide, it says special access only. (The one in my sig)

It means that Your guide was discarded, meaning its in forum space but was locked for a long time/wasn't posted on for a long time, and was put into the waste section of the forum, no one but admins have access to the section, that's why you cannot see it/access it.
