As a non-Trusted/Highly-Trusted member you are not allowed to sell accounts, this includes level 4's even if just selling the name.

You are only able to sell the name, not the account without having Trusted+ status. Sorry.

unlocked and fixed OP you cannot sell accounts but you can still sell the name Smile
