I'm quite sure you don't have to have a rank or post count to buy gold. If you check the section you posted in there are many posters who bug/sell/trade EoC and 07 gold. Someone else Is buying 07 gold 1:15 so I'm guessing its somewhere around there. 1 being 07 for 15 EoC gp. If you want to buy more eoc gold you can visit the official smokin milsgold shop or find someone on the forums. Gold shop is safer in some cases. Good luck.
