To start Vampire Slayer, talk to Morgan located in a house a bit north of the bank. A quick way to get there is to teleport to Draynor with an amulet of glory. He will ask you to kill a Vampire...

Quest walkthrough
First of all, it is highly reccomended to have some garlic in the inventory as it weakens the Vampire and eases the final fight. You can find some garlic in the cupboard upstairs in Morgan's house.

Afterwards you can procceed with where Morgan has directed you. You need to find Dr Harlow. He is located in Blue Moon Inn in Varrock. Using Varrock teleport can get you there fast. If you don't have it, walk. If you do not have it yet, buy a Hammer in Varrock's general store(1 coin). A fast way to get a coin is to pickpocket a Woman standing just outside Blue Moon Inn. Afterwards talk to Dr. Harlow in Blue Moon Inn. He will request a beer, buy some from the bartender(2 coins) and talk to him again. He will give you a stake.

That really is all you need to kill the Vampire! Get geared and make sure you have a stake and a hammer in your inventory(and garlic!). Lower levels might want to bring some food or stat boosting potions. Any style can be used to defeat him, but lower levels might want to mage(Don't forget the runes).
The Vampire, called Count Draynor is located in the Draynor Manor(refer to the map above). He is in Manor's basement, stairs to which are in east part of the Manor. Fast way to get there is by teleporting to Draynor with an amulet of glory.
Once in the basement, search the coffin and Count Draynor(level 34) should appear!

It can be an annoying fight, as he heals during it but eventually you will bring him to zero hitpoints and automatically use your stake and hammer. Once he dies the quest is complete. Congratulations! NOTE: The exit of the Manor is the eastmost door.
