Buying a name

I'm searching for the name "Dag" for in-game. I know it's a long shot, but i figured it was worth a shot to post here, just in case anybody had connections to somebody who owned the name. If so, let me know the price being charged.

Since Jagex doesn't release names freely anymore your best chance would be to max the account you want it on, check the HLF periodically for a name request post from a jmod, and hope the names completely inactive at that point.

How often do these request posts pop up?

And to gain access to HLF is it just maxed? (99 in all stats)
