Since when can you have 2 clue scrolls on your account??

Recently when I guested in another clan chat they were saying people had been talking about getting multiple clue scrolls since an update the day before. My guess is it is linked to the fact that you can now buy them with thalers from the minigame spotlight since the update was 1-2 days before I was in the clan chat.

No, you cannot buy them with thalers. A recent patch allows you to have one of each type of clue scroll (easy, medium, hard, elite) at one time. You can still not have more than one of each type, however.
