2nd Place? I'm feeling pretty good right now 
About the text placement: I really couldn't find a way to incorporate text into this sig. It just didn't seem like it needed it. I did my best to fit it in there so it would satisfy the requirement, but apparently I didn't do as well as I could have.
Broeder: I'll make a tut for this if you really want me to

Akua: The Rainbow wave effects were all made from scratch, I do agree that I let the bottom green streak get a bit out of hand though.
