Questing Goals Empty Questing Goals

Post by Thesseus 0 15/12/2011, 10:14 pm

So I have played RS off and on since 2006, a lot of off but lately on for the last year.

I decided I want to be one of the filthy rich players out there, so here I am. I currently have about 23Mil cash stack, but will be following a couple of you in flipping logs and moneymaking guides.

In between merching, and penguin hunting, and dueling, I aim to do the following quests, and perhaps a few others on the way, in no particular order. (although I'd love to get Fairy Tale II out of the way, I am about 30 levels away in Herblore to do that one! LOL)

(Troll Stronghold,
Tourist Trap,
The Dig Site
Death Plateau)- For Desert Treasure
Monkey Madness
Between a Rock
Fairy Tale Part II (must level Herb!) – for access to fairy rings!
Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf (must do Forgettable tale of a Drunken Dwarf, Between a Rock) 61 Hunter, 61 Firemaking, 69 strength needed
One Small Favour
Summer’s End, Spirit of Summer, and of course Recipe for Disaster
lol!

If you're interested in joining me, feel free to add me! Always interested in finding new ways of making gp, leveling skills, clue scrolls, sharing with others my love for this game! cheers

started the dig site! this week will be going for: Between A Rock, Death Plateau, Desert Treasure, maybe Forgiveness of a Chaos Dwarf (will have to level up Hunter seriously!)

Dig Site should be easy enough, half way.

Nice goals you have there. Good luck on this week's goal as well as your hunter level. Smile

Maybe you can add your quest points here as well so everyone can keep track of your progress.

Working on defeating the dagganoth Mother in Horror from the deep, half way through Dig Site,
Combat Level now 80!!!
I will be going back a 3rd time to get the Dagganoth Mother today or tomorrow. she's a tough one to defeat! Gotta pay attention to when it changes color, for some reason, my monitor isnt showing its colors exactly right, oh well!

Attack still 67, Goal for Attack is 70!!!

Questing Goals Empty Horror, dig site, and Monkey Madness!!!

Post by Thesseus 0 27/12/2011, 4:34 am

hey y'all.

So Xmas is over, family time over. just going over my goals. Update;

Horror from the deep; went back to try & defeat dagganoth mother 3x, gonna have to go back AGAIN. that is one tough monster, spent IDK how much on runes to keep up with color changes!

Half Way through Dig Site, maybe knock that one off Tuesday if not tonight. tongue

But I'm excited cause realized I up for Monkey Madness!! I've done all the prerequisites, and it would give me that much sought after attack xp im going for.

Seems like quite nice goals, some tips on monkey madness also:
1. Always bring antipoison, please dont forget.
2. Always bring emergency teleports.
3. Stay calm, doing something wrong might have quite bad consequenses.

And train your magic level abit for dagannoth queen. 4 out of 6 possible modes are magic, so having a good magic level really helps.

ikr? dagganoth queen is the toughest Monster I have encountered yet! like i may have mentioned, gotta pay attention to message screen, i dont think my screen is translating colors entirely correct. My mage level is 60 i think, lol.

Everything will become WAY easier once you got the Fairy Rings. Get it done as soon as possible.

Good luck with Monkey Madness. If you have Protection Prayers, you should be fine though.

One Small Favour is also very annoying to do. I loved the storyline though.

Good luck.. One Small Favour is a pain in the ASS! I love questing but this is one of the few quests that annoy me. You have to keep going back and forth. Summer's End requires ALOT of food.. I died about 3-6 times while doing the quest. Spirit of Summer is quite easy.
