Max Cape

Well, i started playing again (after 7 months) and my current goal is Max Cape.
Total Level: 2429 / 2475
Skills Left: Working on - Not working on
* Defence: 97 / 99
* Ranged: 97 / 99
* Duengeoneering: 94 / 99
* Summoning: 93 / 99
* Mining: 92 / 99
* Slayer: 91 / 99
* Construction: 83 / 99
Picture of my current stats:
Additional Goals:
* A Lot of Sacred Clays Tools
* 45M to buy 99 Construction Supplies (Oak Planks)
* A Lot of Charms (i wont camp rock lobs or waterfiends, i'll get the charms slaying)

No, to buy the MAX CAPE you only need all 99.
You only need 120 dungeoneering to buy the Completionist Cape.
