How to gain REP?

Hey everyone, i just have a question on how to gain rep, can anyone please explain how?

^ This is the ultimate guide to it, but basically rep has to be earnt and you cant give rep if you have 0 reputation points but you can thank by pressing "+" on the bar to the far right which is equal to 3 +reps but this "Thanks" can only be done on your own thread. Once you earn more than one you will see the + and - to the far right on everyones post to be able to give reputation points. Hope i helped. Anymore questions PM me
