Hello, I have decided to open an investment bank to allow me to do some high wealth flips, multiple low-medium wealth flips, and some investments. You can view my vouch thread HERE, my P2P flipping log HERE, and my application to Mr_Dan below.0M/400M

Business Plan: My plan is to use your
money to flip items both actively and inactively (overnight). I enjoy
flipping god wars armour and weapons, dragon items, primary resources,
and I do a few update investments. you can view a couple of my flips

interest rate would be 0.5% - 1% depending on the amount.

Personal Statement:
Hey everyone! I'm lil_me and I've been active on the forums for about 6
months now and have been making money with flipping ever since. I have
graduated as a mentee from the Active Flipping mentor group, and I have
been a trainee since the beginning of May. I'm hoping to do some higher
wealth flips with the money invested with me
Past experiences with NOT ALLOWED:
My experience has been short and sweet. There have been times where I would go 30minutes to and hour placing bets 1-5mil till I broke even or was pleased with my profit and that was atleast a month back. Now and then I do place 1-2 wagers a week for 500k-1mil to get access to the drop party, but nothing more than that.
Interest Rates
5M-50M: 1.0% non compounded
51M-100M: 0.8% non compounded
101M-200M: 0.7% non compounded
201m-300m: 0.6% non compounded
301M-400M: 0.5% non compounded
Terms of Service
- I will not use your money to gamble or pk.
- I can deny any application.
- I can return your money early including all interest you would have earned if I need to (will only be used in case of emergency).
- You can ask for your money back early with interest earned up to that date.
- If for any reason the money cannot be returned on time, no further interest will be earned.
- You can request a middle-man if your Runescape schedule and mine do not line up.
- Investments must be a minimum of 5mil, to a max of 400m (Smokin Mils trading limit for my usergroup)
- Investments last for a minimum of 3 days, maximum of 10.
- You will post a vouch on my vouch thread after the money has been returned.
- You must tell me your in game name before I accept.
- If more than one person applies, a first come first served rule will be enforced. The timing will not be based on time of application, but the first to actually give me money.
