I'm tring to see the Guide #3:Complete Merchanting Guide [Basic] Thread but shows me this message:

Sorry, but only users granted special access can read topics in this forum.

Could someone tell me why? I'm clearly registered.

At the top of the post, it says "If you are already registered click here to view the guide."

Click on the "click here" and it will redirect you to the actual guide.

It is located right under "Sorry, this guide is exclusive to Registered Users.
Click here to register now."

That guide is under Tier 2, which requires 100+ posts to be viewed. It wasn't like this before until the reworking of the Tier system, so now you need 100+ posts before you can see it.
