Seeing as you have above normal stats, you cannot transfer the name until it is on a level 3 account w/ no stats or wealth (Rule 2).

my 115 stands in 60 days. if he is actually still here to pay 200 he can have it, but it's hard to see that far in the future. My crystal ball's a little cloudy today :s
