Member of the Month

Introduction:
Many communities and clans that I have been a part of has had a MoTM position or compitions more or less. I feel this is a great way to help members make the most quality out of their posts and it will bring overall activity up somewhat.

Who would be eligible?:
This would be more up to the admins if they decide to implement this system, but normally it would be any member who doesn't have any mod/admin powers. So for these forums, anything under loyal member ranks would be able to be entered.

How to choose a member:
You normally would have a community nomination process where anyone across the forums can nominate someone they feel deserves this position, this would be open for 2-3 days. After public nominations are complete, these people will be taken to the ranks to vote across and finally choose who has been the MoTM!

Candidates:
Normally, would be someone who has been very helpful through-out the month. Has made constructive posts, attended events, possibly even wrote an amazing guide for us, and of course has a very uplifting attitude.

Rewards:
Never has to be anything special, MoTM could have their own rank colour so you could be noticed by the community for a whole month, maybe a user bar for your signature. This is really more up to who holds this.

Have this in clans/teams I've been in, though then it's the best rank that gets it. It seems interesting this way though as we have a large majority of active public members.

I think this is a great suggestion. Some members have tried to do such a thing, but it ended up being too much work for them. I think if it were assigned to a group of people or a system in which the winners are chosed, I think it would be a great way to reward people (Not money ) for their activity. Maybe the winners get access to a private section to the forum for winning? I don't know, but this is definitely one of the better suggestions I have seen in a while
