The Commander Spamming and Discrepectful

The Commander is relatively new to the forum and he has been spamming quite a bit.

He has also made several disrespectful replies:

which is what makes bullying so effective, which is why you should remove that insecurity and not care. and what makes me a psychopath? is it that fact i don't think like a normal human would? is it the fact i refuse to accept what makes a human a human? or is it the fact i'm bettering myself by doing these things? bullying is a mental thing, there is 1 way and ONLY 1 way to stop it, and that is to purge insecurities out of people, and by not caring what other people think you'll achieve just that. just because you don't agree with me doesn't mean you can belittle my opinion, or me.
