Need 07 Service

Need a service done on my account. Here is what is needed:
Attack trained from 40 to 60
Strength trained from 54 to 70
Magic trained from 12 to 55
Range trained from 12 to 40
Crafting trained from 10 to 31
Lost City quest done

I will pay with $16.12 Walmart Gift Card. If you want to do the service for the Gift Card, but don't agree on the amount of training, please say what you WOULD do for the price. I will also have money on the account for buying equipment and also have some armor and weapons ready on the account.
If you want to do some separate ones I would be glad to let you do separately. Easier ones could be free services and I will +rep and vouch you for it

I could do woodcutting and crafting for a small amount of $0.50 Paypal (Gift). I would say a maximum of 3-4 hours.

I can do the quest Lost City for free if you want . I may be able to do some of the other skills if you can pay in EOC gp. I can't accept Walmart gift cards because Walmart isn't in my country.
