Gold 2 3v3 team LF plat+ players to help!

My current 3v3 team is in gold 2 division and we're aiming for plat 5 atleast..
So we're looking for plat - diamond+ ppl to help us getting to our goal.
I will reward each helper kindly (secret, but something nice)
NOTE: If you're diamond, that doesn't effect at all who we are matched against, we're matched against silver/gold solo q ppl only. Also, if you're gold+ (but not plat) you won't get any rewards for helping expect season 3 rewards for 3v3 teams. Server = North America (NA)
