He means the trim requirements of killing 5000 chompy birds.

mob armies 401 rank - 40m
Chimp Ice Delivery 5m
kill vorgao 12m

Ah I understand now, well I won't be able to complete any of the services as I haven't really done them before.

For the req, you need to be the one to deliver the killing blow to Vorago with the Maul of Omens and poke his eye out.

you need to be a rank because they are more likely trusted then a non rank
