What a genius/legend/awesome scam XD

Wow, 20M santa? This must be an oooooooooooooooooooooooooold story, but this scam isn't anything new. People have been doing this for years. Within a week or two of the 07 servers return a year ago, people were attempting this.

I've seen it in draynor bank ages ago. A guy selling cheese for 35k and other guy buying it for like 40k. Funny thing is they were standing like 2 squares away and the bank wasn't even crowded.

I know its really old etc, but I thought it was funny and well worth a post   

The smart people did it with Whips etc.

Sell it for 2M, and other side of bank or area near it there friend would be paying 2.5M when It was really worth like 1.6m.

A lot more people fell for that, then some random no-name item lol, another item people used other then Muddy key was Grog.

I seen people try this in 07Scape like the day it came out, was so funny.

i actually did this with wizard g robes in the beginning of 07scape

This is such good play, lol took me a few reads to realize what happen but i like it lol.. i got no ideas to do it though ;P

I remember back in around 2011, I had a guy try and scam me for my dragon plate, and he had a genius idea. Basically what he did was come up to me in varrock bank, say he'd buy my dragon plate for way overpriced if I won the game. he traded me 10 noted saradomin swords and then accepted, but declined at the end and told me I've gotta go faster if I want to win. He repeated it 2 more times and then the 4th time he put up 10 noted steel 2h's which looked the exact same and it almost worked.

I may or may not have attempted this scam, and it may or may not have worked 90% of the time  

I did this once tbh made a quite big profit.
I set up like 7 botsto adv all saying buying 50 frt bata for torva and i wud go next to em and its real.
I set up trades on ge each frt bata was 100K in my offer.
Sold 156 :p

This isn't a good scam unless inside your head is clay
