He just held 2 of the payments for 10m transactions, a 80m transaction solely exists also, that money recieved in paypal still stands with me, just time to wait for him to pull something on that as well... of the full 100m trade. (UNTRUSTED!!!!!) Paypal is verified but he tries to hold money/issue refund after the trade is completed.
