Overall, a week is interesting and I don't mind it. However, I'm not a big fan of the 200mil limit for a week. It's not bad for two or three days, but when it's a whole week one is stuck either merchanting inefficiently (using only a fraction of available wealth) or contesting inefficiently (spending time and slots on non-contest items). How about two sections, one with no limit, the other 200mil max?

Of course, considering I may be the only person that entered, a week may not be ideal anyways. We'll see if others participated too. If there are people that considered it but decided not to, I'd be curious what their reasoning was.

Well celeritas0 you could flip with only 200m for the comp and keep 1-3 slots on the side to flip the rest of stuff

Certainly, but as I said that puts one at a disadvantage in the competition compared to someone using all their slots, doesn't it?

I always took the 200m wealth as being no single flip that cost more than 200m so we may need to make that more clear. Not sure though if that is what Tuff intended. Now I didn't focus on this competition, but this is what I managed that fit within these rules as I was testing out something else with ~150m, without aiming at gwd flips. One flip was done on another acc when I found an unusual price, but even this is within the stated rules as both flips together are under 200m.

Total = 30,096,000gp in 6 flips.......so I don't see a disadvantage at all. In fact cheaper gwd items have a much larger profit and flip faster than the expensive ones. However the 200m rule could be more clear for my liking, but it is designed to be all inclusive.


Edit: Looking at the rules, bones, herbs, half keys etc also qualified as gwd drops so it's a pity we didn't see more thinking outside the box.

Ah, I thought it meant 200mil total rather than per item. I don't have any problem with 200mil per item if it's like that.

Ah I also made a mistake there, zammy spears are a corp drop so wouldn't qualify here.....always get that wrong for some reason

Oh and the ags, I think there was a live stream about legacy mode which is why they are now double the cost of 4 days ago......pity I didn't hear about it before and invested.

My mistake, I just checked it. Never did do the zammy boss at gwd, so just assumed Corp dropped it since it's only useful there.

The 200M limit is both single items and multiple items. Flips (single items or multiple or investments) cannot exceed 200M total. I will look into expanding this in the future (next content maybe).

Also, if you have flipped items you have 3 hours more to get them in!
