Heroes' quest Empty Heroes' quest

Ehh hey,

so recently I wanted to get a bunch of quests done but I got stuck at one... guess which one heheh,..
So I've got the question if someone has already completed the heroes' quest (as I've read that'll also work) or yet has to do it and also is in search for someone.
I'm looking for someone who's joined the black arm gang in the quest Shield of Arrav.
