Ahaha so true. Happens so regularly though. The amount of times people are like "Nice guide +rep" and have no reps of their own is ridiculous. xD

Timing for flipping varies so much that it just isn't worth it. The items that take longer are pretty self-explanatory (Third-age, rares etc). You learn as you go along and it varies loads.

Great list charlie, I suggest Pictures and GE links. Its very usefull to have links to graphs. Otherwise great job.

Well for the noobs like me, speed info is extremely useful! It is a good list as it is, but again adding speeds would make it perfect.
