layout 3... i believe its our current one and i dont see any reason to change it. it makes it easier to move from one plot to another and if you wanna go far you can always teleport...

Couldn't pick between 2 and 3 so I just went 2. They both are fairly good Layouts.

Our current layout is slightly different than layout 3. All of the skill plots on our layout are vertices and going down the middle of the map horizontally.
