Hi i purchased VIP more than 48 hours ago and i still dont have it i was wondering if i contacted the right person or not i sent a message to 'VIP upgrades' or something like that thanks for reading

Hello i bought VIP yesterday and i forgot to send the confirmation e-mail. The payment has been accepted but i was wondering if i need to contact anyone, and if so could you help me please.
