Hes been pulled up for this before, though its not an actual violation of a rule unfortunatly :/

It is not against the rules to beg but people frown upon it so I think this needs to be locked.

A word of advice is to IGNORE These kinds of people. Don't even send a pm to them back.

They will drop the act if they get cold shouldered right away.
