Will it be considered a rare at all? any idea how much people are paying for them? if you played back in 07 lots of people tried selling them as rares at a point in time, just an initial thought...

No use making it a rare since there will be plenty in the game. The market from 07 now is not the same market as back then since most of the people know the prices now and how things will go.
So I doubt any rares getting in.

It isn't a rare lol, theres a store you can buy them in. They will never be a rare and anyone telling you otherwise is a noob
