Party Hats Empty Party Hats

so apparently party hats are going to be released on the 4th of July, thursday of this week.

I'm not so sure how the spawning locations still work for this but does anyone want to join a clan chat or something and search for them together when this does happen.

There were also streamers earlier putting people in what they said were all the spawn locations so they could 'force spawn' them, but I don't see that working..

apparently all the spawn locations changed after todays update to make them harder to find as people were just camping them.

While I think that's a good thing since it makes it more challenging, I also think it's a bad thing because there are a lot of people who have already got them by camping..

I don't know what video maker it was but he said once Jagex gives us something, they should not take it back and I completely agree with that.
