Re: NEED HELP WITH TWITCH
I'll need to know:
- What processor you have
- Are you using wired or wireless?
- If using wireless what router are you using, and what adapter* do you have?
- What graphics card** do you have?
* Can be found in device manager (search in start menu) under network adapters. (this is not a PCIe Family controller, or WiFi Miniport Adapter, should be something like Intel Centrino #### or another brand like Atheros)
** Can also be found in device manager, found under display adapters list all if there is more than one.
Once you're in device manager update both the wireless/wired device and the display adapter(s)

There must be an adapter, be it usb or internal connected via PCIe. The CPU should be powerful enough to handle it so I doubt that's the problem. The graphics are pretty decent (assuming they're 7640g integrated graphics, if dedicated may be even better) so that shouldn't be the cause either. It could be the RAM or internet speed/connection speed or just the router. I'm going to assume the router is an Actiontec GT784WNV. Since Twitch is an online service and your hardware check out I think it's safe to assume it's the connection that may be causing the lag, most likely the adapter. I'll need that specific make and model to know for sure. 4gb is just enough for basic actions, that may be the problem. To test this close everything but Twitch and do a test live stream, then open a game and start playing while live streaming, check the RAM usage in task manager to see if that's the problem.
Here is what to look for:

I'm not sure but it probably does matter. I don't use Twitch personally but if you are the one hosting all those people rather than a server from Twitch that that may be the problem. I see a lot of people have very fast internet and still have problems with lag sometimes even at 240p, so maybe too many people watching is the cause of the lag.

Fix Twitch tv Lag
Twitch tv Lag is a common problem, I would suggest to perform the following troubleshooting Solutions:
- Change Outgoing Rules of your Firewall
Delete User Profile Data
Disable Browser Plugins
Clear Browser Junk and Refresh DNSChange Regional Server
Update Flash Player

Re: NEED HELP WITH TWITCH
Go to speedtest.net
check your maximum upload speed
then choose the suitable setting, ideally 70% or less of that number.
