When you go there, post your offer " buying 1k teak logs 150 each. But probably if you cut the teaks by yourself it will be a decent profit!
Once you get the logs, go to the varrock bank [near the museum]. Each trip, your inventory should carry:

Then, go to the sawmill and exchange your teak's for planks, each trip will take you from 1.5/2 mins max

After you exchange all your logs, go to this page: forums.zybez.net/runescape-2007-prices/4384-teak-plank
Post your offer selling teak planks for 1250 [you can use your own price]

Calcs: 1k teaks = 150k, each plank = 1250 min, so 1.25m profit - sawmill fee's 500 each plank so 1250 - 500k = 750k profit

If the trip takes 1.5/2 mins, each trip 27 plank... So in one hour 1.5/2 mins you can make 400/300 planks.
