THE REQUIREMENTS:
-A low or mid level
-Enough money to buy good armour
-An amulet of glory (4)
-Food

THE GUIDE:
Take you're food, amulet of glory and the armour. Rub the amulet of glory and go to karamja, you can also home teleport to karamja but with the amulet of glory, its faster. Run west to the volcano and go in the smallest dungeon. http://postimg.org/image/mzxab2ylx Go in the dungeon and run west untill you see a spot of spiders. You can kill them easily and u will get 500xp + for 1 kill, so that trains good. Hope you enjoy my guide!

How long would you last with one invent of food? and what defence level is recommended and also, how long does aggro last and is there a spot to run to then run back to for aggro?

I suggest you browse some of the other guides (maybe even the rated ones) so you can get a feel for what is expected of a good guide on this site. They usually involve a considerable amount of effort.
