Not a bad list of names, a lot depends on the buyer though for names like 8y, Caster, Drag Dagger, Halve and Toggle.

8y - 35m - Very rare due to it only being 2 letter/number.
Caster - 30m - Could mean caster sugar or a fly pupa used as bait.
Drag Dagger - 20m - Short form of 'Dragon Dagger'.
Component - 55m - Could be a part of something e.g. a machine's component.
Rudimental - 20m-30m - Name of a British electronic music quartet.
Personally - 45m
Convertible - 45m - Could mean a car with a detachable roof or something that can change its form or function.
Halve - 50m - 1/2 of a whole or to seperate a whole into 2 pieces.
Toggle - 50m - Could mean a short rod of wood or plastic sewn to one side of a coat or other garment, or to turn a button/command on or off.

Not to be rude to other appraisers, but I think most are off

8y - 50-150m It is a 2 character name, the only thing that is holding it back is that it has no meaning.
Caster - 30-80m Relative to the RS Skill magic!
Drag Dagger - 15-20m tops. It's not THAT close to the real word, but eh, its alright.
Component - 20-30m Common word
Rudimental - 10-15m Just because its a word doesn't make it rare. Random words in the dictionary aren't rare. This may be one of them.
Personally - 10-30m It applies to a person and people. It would be worth way mroe if it was "Personal" without the suffix.
Convertible - 30-60m Sorta car related
Halve - 10-40m It's such a large range because its a short word BUT it's not a common word.
Toggle - 40-70m Short and common word

Drag Dagger 10m if drag wasn't abreviated it would go up alot
Component 25m semi common word but pretty long
Rudimental 25m same as ^^^
Personally 75m more common of a word than others
Convertible 30m doesn't appeal to me so meh
Halve 100m nice name here short and sweet
Toggle 60m pretty cool one not terribly awesome i'm afraid though
