Gummy's RS07: Road To 99 Herblore
I have been playing the old school version of Runescape for the past few days and after some quick calculations I have decided to go for 99 Herblore.
Starting
61
Current
85
Goal
99
If you ever want herbs identified or potions made, contact me on the forums or in-game (Missive). For potions, you will need to provide all materials, but there will be no charge for any of this.

Another strong day of Herblore training. I was able to level I believe two or three times on the day. Unfortunately Prayer Potions are falling pretty rapidly so I'm on the market for a new potion to make, currently looking into Super Restore Potions.

Good luck Gummy!
Although I haven't played 07 after its release I still remember I used to train herblore a lot back in those times. Due to herbs being a good moneymaker I usually bought a lot of stock for cheap prices in w2. Some was sold for profit and some was made into pots for profit.
Anyway I know that ORS herblore takes a lot of effort so 99 is going to be a huge achievement.

The way it is right now, I will pretty much break even. I have profited a bit here and lost a little there so the most I should lose in the end will be 198,000gp for the set of Herblore capes + hoods.

Mhm, yeah good luck! It must be hard since you dun't have a Grand Exchange like eoc where you get everything you want easily. But u got teh gold so wealth shouldn't be a problem.

To be completely honest with you, I prefer not having the Grand Exchange. It is part of the reason why I returned to play Runescape 2007 over Runescape 3. I get the social aspect of trading back in exchange for taking a little more time out of my day to meet with and collect what I am buying/selling.

Just purchased 30K vials of water, 30K unidentified lantadyme, and working on 30K dragon scale dust. I'm definitely set for a while, but identifying all of the herbs and creating all of the potions will take me from 74-92 so that's a plus.

Up to level 80 so far and have identified another 3,000 herbs and beginning work on those 3,000 potions. I have decided with my merchanting abilities and how slowly these potions are selling off I will sell for cheaper than anticipated and then merchant the losses back as it will speed things up quite a bit.
I have been and will continue to mix questing and possibly some combat training in between herb training so that I don't burn myself out and can sort of even out my game progression.

Just hit level 84. I decided to return to prayer pots and that seems to have been a great call as I am making quite the profit on those. Finally sold off all of my antifires for quite the loss, but I'm not bothered with that whatsoever.

Re: Gummy's RS07: Road To 99 Herblore
Hit level 85 a couple days ago which is 1/4 of the way to level 99, but prices aren't doing all that well right now. I made about 425gp profit while selling around 2,000 Prayer Potions, but prices dropped and sold the remaining 5,000 for about 25gp profit which is nothing to complain about as it's profit rather than a loss nonetheless. While slowly coming into the herbs and ingredients that I need at prices that I can work with to break even or profit or perhaps come out with a very small loss at times, I will be mixing in some combat training through Slayer, questing, and perhaps some Pest Control to work toward my first ever set of Void.
