Hello, I am Hybr1d Br33d. I am a veteran of Old school RS since 2003 and have been recently in the past month playing it again. Iemz PC invited me to join y'alls clan. I asked to join to learn how to merchant since it's been an interest of mine. I always saw merchanting items quite an interesting way to make money. A few things about myself is I am a very avid RS player for the past 11 years on and off for bout 5 - 7 months at a time. My favorite RS skills are Slayer, Fishing, Cooking, Mining, Smithing and the melee combat skills. I am addicted to Slayer since I have 99 on my RS3 main account which I quit to do old school RS. I disliked the update to RS2 & RS3 since the mechanics and the game play confused me. When they made it where you do 1,000+ damage, and making hp go up in the 1,000's. The mechanics in making gaining xp in combat skills after getting the kill instead of every hit you did damage on the monster. If y'all got any questions whether Rs or Real life related i will answer.

I suppose you want to learn how to merchant on 07? Or would merchanting on eoc and swapping cash be fine for you too?
That Slayer addiction... I suppose it is a good thing since Slayer can make a bit of money + the 99 is one of the most respected 99s out there

I would like to merchant in 07. I've been watching the market for some greats items like food, herbs, ores, wood, etc. I've made a couple mil selling those items when the prices rose to make a good profit but not enough skill to merchant make really big profit margin. I'm currently working on 99 slayer on 07 already 40 levels away.

Welcome, Hybr1d. We have a mentoring system but that's only for RS3 as there was little demand for 07 merchanting. You can probably find someone willing to help out with 07, though. Good luck on your goals.

Hey Hybr1d-Br33d (nickname Hybr33d? ), welcome to SM. I think I've almost played RS for as long as you, I started late '03 I think. Back in the day when picking up and selling the iron dagger in the goblin house by lumby was good money But yeah, the merchanting group here is great, not sure if you'll find a group for 07 though, it's pretty much all based on RS3.

I quit RS3 to play RS07 because it is much easier for me to play. For now I'm making money to see what I can merchant on 07 and make a profit. Thank you for welcoming me to the forums.
