Re: Silverhawk Feathers
Not sure what it does, but it's a new item.
I've looked at it's graph in GE database and saw it came out today, most likely linked to the new quest? Not sure haven't done it yet.
Weird though that there don't seem to be any Silverhawk boots in GE, also the item is F2P.

Nothing about that in the new quest, I finished it. It's probably linked to a hidden/upcoming update

I don't think so, we don't even know what they are and how easy they will be to obtain.
Also I believe it's a currently non obtainable item in RS meaning there are none being sold so we wouldn't be able to buy any anyway.

Yes, the boots are untradeable and only obtained through Treasure Hunter, but the feathers are tradeable. Since it gives apparently "heaps" of agility xp, might be worth getting your hands on some.

Re: Silverhawk Feathers
Just a question...
Will they ~give~ agility experience or just xp bĂ´nus (and we still have to go and train the skill afterwards)??

Judging from how it is written in RS Wiki they give the actual experience.
However you don't get it just like that. You get a tenth of an xp a small lamp would give you for every minute you spend running, for every ultimate ability unleashed or randomly while skilling.
Also every time it gives you experience a charge is used and you can recharge them with silverhawk feathers.

Oh, thanks a lot, Yamiteh. Didn't even think about looking them on the wikia.
Btw, even though the charges are used and the xp isn't great, it still made agility (one of the worse skills to train, in my opinion) a buyable skill, which will fasten (a lot) maxing out an account if you don't enjoy running laps.
Also, if you have agility bonus xp + silverhawk boots charged + trains agility... will they all stack normally? Wiki doesn't have this information, unfortunately
Time to get some bonds and get my boots, anyway

Re: Silverhawk Feathers
Just to confirm they do give the actual xp and not bonus xp but will stack with any bonus xp you currently have. I'm getting around a 600xp drop per charge at 90 agility and have heard they average around 180k agility xp p/hour using ultimate's with ring of vigour / adren pots ect.

Re: Silverhawk Feathers
Yeah and you get that 100k+ xp per hour while training combat/slayer.. crazy, how much do so many feathers cost though?
Also I think they do stack. If you'd train agility you'd get normal xp + bonus xp if you had it and you would occasionaly get xp drop from the boots as the charge turns into xp "occasionally while skilling" and I guess Agility is skilling.

Re: Silverhawk Feathers
Just to let you know gunmage, their ge price is far above med. 116 probably sells for like a mill in ge.
Re: Silverhawk Feathers
They seem fairly stable around 5-10k right now, and primarily towards the high end of that. This makes the cost roughly 35 gp/exp at lvl 70, but only 15 gp/exp at lvl 90 (significantly cheaper than things like prayer/herblore).
