The rule that states that you must be trusted or highly trusted to sell RS accounts, also applies to League of Legends accounts.

If you are not trusted or highly trusted, please do not post offers to sell your league account. You can still buy an account from a trusted or highly trusted member of our forums, just not sell.

Rule 24: Account sales and trading are not permitted, unless one has a Trusted or Highly Trusted badge.
