Can't change Password/Email Empty Can't change Password/Email

So what has happend is.
*one of my emails got locked way back, that email had a recovery phone number that i did no longer own when it got locked, So gg that email.
*My email that ive used for facebook,runescape, etc now got locked and can only be unlocked by that email ^^
*Now i cannot change my email/Password on my rs account wich i rly need to do, Is there a way to still change ur email but by waiting 14+ days or anything? I know it used to be like this.

I suggest messaging accounthelp@jagex.com explaining it to them, but also giving as much information about the accoung as possible so that they know it is indeed you who is the owner of the account.

I messaged through the in-game inbox via the website when I was in the same situation, by tweeting @jagexsupport and they linked me to a page where I can inbox. Got the account back in a couple days.
