Looking to buy a name

I've been doing a lot of digging around on a particular name I've been wanting to go after. The name is "Tyler". I'm aware the person who owns the account has been logging in recently due to the username sweep that's about to happen. I checked the stats/activity of the account on RS3 & 07 and it seems like it's just sitting there for nothing since it's stats aren't good. If anyone knows the person who has this username or history of this username, please post or pm because I'm very interested to buy it if possible.
