shield slot

i haven't been on since EoC came out, what is best in the shield slot? i used to hit 600's with my chaotic rapier + extremes + dragon defender + turmoil + slayer helm, now i max at like 380 (i use legacy mode)

also what happened to extremes/overloads? i used to get 125 att and str, now i get like 116???

If you have 80 att only then offhand chaotic would be good defenders are crap now so don't even bother with those. For Overloads they are balanced.

yeah i went with dual dryagore rapiers or something like that
