Moving on, new to merching, learned about merchz from HippyRS stream then learned about this forum from merch'z faq,  saw the mentoring thing but no notion of payment or VIP was wondering if it's actually free.

The mentoring is indeed free. Just head on over to the Merchanting Section, apply for a group once you meet the requirements, and enjoy the learning process and profits that come with
