** Hi, my name is Matthew. I wish to learn how to flip really well before the end of my stay as a flipping mentee.

Here is the layout we ask you to please follow for your progression as a General Flipping Mentee:
• Starting Cash Pile:
• Current Cash Pile:20m
• Cash Pile goal by the end of your stay:100m
√ Any 2 instances of items using 75%+ of your total wealth.
– 1. {Araxyte Pheromone} - {335k} Profit (1.5%) - 6/9/15
√ Any 2 instances of items using a FC (i.e., PC 101, Nex and SS).
– 1.
– 2.
√ Any 2 instances of items yielding 50%+ profit percentage.
– 1. Super magic potions(3) - {575k} Profit (62%) - 6/7/15
√ Any 2 treasure trail items.
– 1.
– 2.
√ Any 2 logs and/or planks.
– 1.
– 2.
√ Any 2 instances of items yielding 10%+ profit percentage.
– 1.
– 2.
√ Any 2 instances of items yielding 1M+ profit.
– 1.
– 2.
√ Any 3 skill items, materials, and/or secondaries.
– 1. {Super Magic potion(3)} - 250k Profit (4.7%) - 6/9/15
√ Any 3 bulk flips (overnight/inactive flips).
– 1.
– 2.
– 3.
√ Any 3 weapons and/or armor.
– 1. {Rune platebodies} - {28k profit} Profit (0.01 %) - 6/7/15
– 3.
√ Any 2 God items (i.e., Godsword).
– 1.
– 2.
√ Any 5 Mentor suggested items.

– 2.
– 3.
– 4.
– 5.
√ At least 20 Mentee choice items (meaning your choice).
– 1. Keystone Tertius - 150k Profit (2.9%) - 6/9/15
– 3. Keystone Secundus - 108k Profit (2.1%) - 6/10/15
– 4. Keystone Quartus - 130k Profit (1.8%) - 6/12/15
– 5. Keystone Sextus - 150k Profit (2%) - 6/13/15
