Re: ULTIMATE FLIPPING GUIDE
For the lower-cost flips <100M .ie I suggest to you, and all others, that you should follow a 2% (200k) Per 10M Rule to guarantee safe, but sure profits.

Re: ULTIMATE FLIPPING GUIDE
Perhaps you should try reading the entire guide before commenting. I've addressed the example in the "Final Comments" section.
Oh, and also - 2% is ideal but if you're flipping with 2B+, it's not really realistic to aim for 2% on all items, lol. Heading off to the beach now.

That's not really the recommended amount as you're really just going to be making like 50-100k per flip. Most days, try out raw monkfish, or different types of bolts. I've found that adamant bolts and diamond bolts (e) works pretty nicely and have large margins in between their buy and sell. Use the guide for your help and try to earn more cash from skills.

Re: ULTIMATE FLIPPING GUIDE
Oh chillax, it's a guide that's meant to help people. If you don't think it's the right guide for you, then feel free to make your own. I'm sure everyone would love extra flipping advice.
And actually if you had read one of the steps listed in my guide, it states that once you take out the first set of items, you can set up your next flip items. Obviously you're not going to make "dragon bones" specifically one of your top 6 choices, but it can be worth it for me and others if you have cash leftover to flip.
I don't really see what was so pretentious about my response; I was just stating that if you can afford to flip say..10 AGS along with filling up your other 5 slots with nice flippable items, it's better doing that and getting less than 2% than flipping some item that requires less cash. What's worth more: ~1% on AGS or 3% on dark bows? It's the same concept.
Just up to the individual really. ^

Re: ULTIMATE FLIPPING GUIDE
For the amount if Dbones you can buy at a time, if you have say 40m left or 20m left and you cant be bothered to find what the current price of a fury is...or couple sets of guthans then dbones are a lovely little item that you know will give you an ok margin and so what if its only 2%?
Alot of Tiggy's items he gives are 1.5-5% so tbh there isnt much of a different between them all.
I still think this guide is a decent guide and along with tiggy's they work well together to show peope how flipping works and the perentages and outcomes people can expect from them
Psy/Silent...whatever my current rsn is

Re: ULTIMATE FLIPPING GUIDE
Not sure why Nsf is bashing your thread, I think it's really good and will help people out a lot.
I just recently mastered flipping and as someone with 500m+ cash to put into flipping every day, I'll gladly flip, say, 10 BGS's for a lower profit margin and use the rest of the 5 slots to get better margins.
I'm sure other people with larger cashpiles understand the difficulty of investing all of their cash into only 6 GE slots. I get fantastic margins on things like herbs and pots but the GE limit makes it so that I can only put so much cash into them, and with only 6 slots it's not feasible to put all my cash into such items.
Just a tip for finding buy/sell prices - if your previous "sell price" (what your first item buys at) is not working anymore (as prices can fluctuate throughout the day), just ask a friend (or go on another account) to buy one of the item at max. Then, sell at 1 gp below whatever the price is. Also, if you are impatient in determining a buy price, you can also ask a friend (or again use another account) to SELL one of the item at MINIMUM and see what it sells at, then buy for 1 gp above that price.
Anyway, nice, informative guide, I'd +rep it but I have no idea how, LOL.

Re: ULTIMATE FLIPPING GUIDE
In the first post where I replied to you, I didn't say I personally flip with over max cash, I'm giving you an example where it actually is worth it to bank the money in something like dragon bones since you're not as concerned with reaching the 2% rather, you're concerned about getting your cash into flips.
Then in the second post, I explained the first post by saying:
"I don't really see what was so pretentious about my response; I was just stating that if you can afford to flip say..10 AGS along with filling up your other 5 slots with nice flippable items, it's better doing that and getting less than 2% than flipping some item that requires less cash. And it was just meant to further elaborate on the first post since, you obviously thought it was me trying to show off (which it wasn't). People don't write guides to flaunt, lol. They write it to help others.
Anyway, hope these "bite-sized pieces" clear it up for you.

Re: ULTIMATE FLIPPING GUIDE
Hi2u, yeah definitely. I've done that a few times, but always feel like I'm asking too much of a favor from my friends and sometimes...it might annoy them if I did it for multiple items throughout the day. I like your constructive advice though and I'll be sure to add it into the guide when I update it, thanks! ^^

Re: ULTIMATE FLIPPING GUIDE
"Ultimate Flipping Guide? I think not." is pretty rude and falls under "bashing" in my book lol. She's trying to help people out with her guide and you're picking at the semantics of the title...SMH.Nsf Itachi wrote:Bashing? I don't bash, I troll and I was not doing that either because I wasn't flat out going "RAGE THIS FAILS RAAAAGE!*. My first comment was constructive criticism, and the second comment was in response to her response in which I politely said I ignored the part about me not reading the whole thread and how she flips with 2B and stating my opinion that 2% profit is a minimum margin you should aim for lest it not take up ge slot. After that is just for the -rep.
Please do not say what I am not doing, I dislike having to breakdown what I have done into bite-sized pieces.

I guess I did come off as an asshole, some of my comments were completely out of line and unneccesary.

People have a right to be suspicious when you get 2 +reps for going to the pool, 1 for coming back, and another 2 for talking about editing it with a different browser.
