I trusted this person with my account--which means a lot. He got me from level 54 Dungoneering to 57 Dungoneering for free. He originally was supposed to get me to level 87, but because he felt someone else could do it faster and better, he personally suggested it to me. He just also did Elemental Workshop III for me. Normally, I'd make this one vouch, but considering he pretty much did the Dungoneering (130K experience) for a very cheap price, I think that deserves it's own vouch. For here, he kept me up to date on exactly how far he was, and was patient when I wasn't there to pay ASAP. I did pay him 1.9M (1.5M for the Elemental Workshop III, and 400K for Dungoneering).
