Guys for all rares margins you just need to join R quark Fc and ask for pcs wait till you see some/buy sells and get the margins same with Nex n Ss Fc for nex items spirit shields and glacor boots, this is a better way to get margins without loosing one item flip now that there is a limit buy for them so just go into this fcs and ask for price checks there will always be ranks wiling to help

Nice guide, although I think you should've touched on flipping a lot of expensive (10-50m) items. Sometimes it's better.
