Runescape not working

Ok, so I don't have a whole lot of time to play recently, but whenever I try, Runescape will not load. The client an browser get stuck at 98% (7) for checking updates, and swiftkit crashes. I've updated Java, and I deleted the client and tried to re-download it, but it says it cannot connect to the install server. Is there any way to either get around this or fix the problems?

I know I had this problem with a jumpy internet, try restarting your computer. If it does not work just try to load it up again a little later.

delete the rs cache in computer and try reloading rs.
