My guide to flipping Nex items!

I'm going to be showing you exactly how to flip with Nex items (150m+ recommended).

Requirements:
150m+ to do this succesfully
No prior knowledge is needed for this as I will run through the exact method in which I flip the items.

The Method:
Ok so first of all you are going to want to join the Friends Chat (2 Green men tab) and join the channel "Nex and SS". This is the "official" chat to price check Nex items and Spirit Shields.
The Nex items include:
Torva
Pernix
Virtus
Zaryte Bow
And of course, there is the spirit shields:
Divine
Elysian
Arcane
Spectral.

The way the chat lists items are as follows:
YOU: Torva?
PRICECHECKER: T: 97-98/199-0/156+

Now, what that means is,
Torva Full Helm is 97m-98m
Torva Platebody is 199-200m
Torva Platelegs are 156m+

The other signs used are:
<100m, Which means they are going for below 100m
100m~, Which means they are going for around 100m and
Some PCers may use 93.2-.8 and all that means is the item is priced around 93200k and 93800k.
People in the FC may report "TFH nis 98m", This means that it was a non-instant sale of a Torva Full Helm at around 98m, giving you and the price checker and indication.
In the same way, Nib means Non-instant buy.

Ok so here is an example, Say I wanted to go and flip Torva Platelegs.
I would ask in the chat "Torva?"
The PCer would reply with a list, 97.4-.9/<202/160.5-1
I would think well, I want to buy for as low as possible and sell as quick as possible, in a quick time frame.
So, I put an offer in at 160,327,851 ( I tend never to go for round numbers (such as 160,300,000) as other people will be trying to buy but I want to buy it first!
Once I get the item, I then sell it again for somewhere in the 160.5-1 margin, I picked 160,823,671.
I then sold the legs only 1 minute later for almost 500k profit! (zoom in to pictures for a better view)

Ok that was just a brief example, I was going for a quick buy and sell for the purposes of this guide.

Brief Summary:
T = Torva
P = Pernix
V = Virtus
B = Boots
G = Gloves
SS = Spirit Shield
Prices are given like
T: Helm/Body/Legs
P: Helm/Body/Legs
V: Helm/Body/Legs
SS: Spectral/Arcane/Elysian/Divine
B: Order decided by price checker but is usually done as V/P/T (they will specify)
G: Same as B.
Nib: Non-instant buy
Nis: Non-instant sale.

For quick easy flips use this price guide:
100m~ or 100m = Buy for around 99750k and sell for 10250k
100m+ = Buy for around 10250k sell for around 10750k
<100m = Buy for around 99250k and sell for 99750k
