thats what rodgers gets for trying to chase a near-unattainable goal differential, he should have slowed his team down and made them pass a bit more. the coutinho substitution was really bad, coutinho never tracked back to defend because he was trying to make/score goals as well, they should have parked the bus (although 3-0 is a lot more desirable than 1-0, looking at you chelsea)

i think he's 1-1, he has problems though and there's no chance he'll be manager next season. he is too close with the players. he played vidic and ferdinand at cb for old times sake, the squad had a lot of older players/favorites in it last week.

Manchester United won their first game under Giggs 4-0, however lost their 2nd game to The Mighty Sunderland 1-0 thanks to a goal from Seb Larsson \o/.

Poor liverpool. however if you make a blunder like that against a second rate EPL team at the end of the season "where it really does matter when the points are so close" then you dont deserve to win the league, you can be equal on goals wins draws and losses throughout the season and play brilliantly, but when a win matters, like REALLY matters no space for screw ups.... Like manchester united didnt deserve to win when city won all the PL back when tevez got penalized for the RIP FERGUSON poster losing or drawing two games in a row and basically having the last game of the season and champions decided on GD.

Hehe I watched the champions league final in a pub in spain with like 95% Real fans. Fair to say I am now a big fan of Real... it was insane, can't imagine what it would have been like in the stadium.
