Comment: Lucky flip? No. This works, it will keep working. I've done this for several weeks now. First I had a 100% margin, I thought I might try to raise that, I kept raising it... I now make a 99900% profit - indeed, ninety nine thousand nine hundred percent profit!!!! It's an item that hardly anybody uses, buys or sells. It took me 2 weeks to flip them for this profit, but I did it. All you have to do is be VERY patient, and it will turn out to sell. Buying them is alot easier though. You can always try to raise the margin even more, but I thought this was already very very VERY nice...

I picked these three items for the same reason, which is that they are going down in price so it should be possible to lowball those items (put in a price lower than the actual low price for a period of time). They should reach a low limit soon and start rising again after that. The inactive flip should give quite some profit because of this.
(Price got up alot because of Legacy mode announcement, and now people are selling them in bulks, will reach a low limit, but once it's gone down alot (or once there's more info/the launch of Legacy mode, they should rise again).








I've been asked to make extra graduation flips before taking the test. I need to post at least 1 flip daily, preferably more, and attempt in the next 2 items of the week competitions. I will not give numbers to the following flips but will post those here, per day.

Just willing to let you know, I adjusted the template a bit because it would be easier to see like this in my opinion (update date and total profit that day + total after the three categories for each day of flipping).

Gave lesson 2 Homework: List two examples of items that would fall under each wealth category (meaning wealth related, NOT the limit). From there provide two flips that fall under each limits category (meaning the limit of the item, NOT its wealth). (6 flips)

High wealth: Green Hween, Santa
Med wealth: Ags, Armadyl Chainskirt
Low wealth: Shark, Prayer Potion

Thanks for these item suggestions. Not sure if I will use them this week already, since I don't have alot of time this week (~work). Next week I'll have a lot more time though.

Updated the items I flipped in 22 and 23/07, since I didn't have time for that earlier.
Am trying to flip D Hatchets now.
Magic logs didn't really turn out to be lots of profit (the way I have learned in my lessons so far, they would have been 3gp profit per log...). But the way to determine higher margins than insta buy/sell price will probably be explained further on, I guess? :p

Dragon bones
Frost bones
Beserker helm (I used to love these, idk how good they are now though)

You should re-try magic logs, they sometimes do get a higher margin

Dharok's Helmet and Infinity Gloves are medium limits (low 1-2 / medium 10-500 / high 1K+)

I actually find your current template to be less easy to follow than how we have it set up for each mentee to use. Also for the number in the parenthesis at the beginning of each line - that is meant for the number of the flip, not how many of the item was flipped.

I felt like your template was a bit weird because after for example "mentee found items" there was this update line, after "mentor suggested items" as well and after homework too... I thought that was a bit confusing and thought it would be easier to follow if I just updated each day seperately...

Indeed, you suggested them, but you said I could place them under homework as well. Since I don't have a lot of spare time at the moment, I prefer using each item I can (and am allowed to) to make my homework.

Made my homework for the next lesson, will be uploading it on Monday, hardly any time free this weekend.
