CPU problems

Hello guys,
I have had this laptop for almost a year and lately I have had a lot of problems and I cannot seem to find the problem with it.

I used to have 1 ping and 200 fps on almost all the games I would play but now it has downgrade so much that it is impossible for me to play as I got 30 fps at max.

I have been running tests, checked the heat of my computer, looked for spywares, corrupted files and what not and I cannot seem to find the problem.

If you require any information about my system please post below and I will do my best to give you all information.

What model is your laptop or at least what are its GPU and CPU? How hot did your system get when you measured it? I had an issue like this and it was a broken cooling fan.
